Oh my…I wouldn’t even attempt to do that. I would, without a doubt, kill myself in the process….lol.
Great photos! 🙂

Such cool motion pix — I don’t understand how you can capture that kind of movement without resulting in a total blur!

November 18, 2011 at 8:17 pm
It was the photography that kept me skating – I always wanted to be the guy in the picture. This is some great stuff and now I feel like dusting off my board and having a ride!

I have never considered learning how to skateboard. Maybe I will try it out in the near future. Great pictures, by the way! 🙂

It shows off how athletic a skateboarder has to be to do those stunts. It should be encouraged.

Nice shots! I remember first watching the X Games when I was in college, and the stunts these guys – and other extreme sports athletes – pull have fascinated me ever since! I can’t even cycle, I’m too afraid of falling off, so I find it awesome that these guys can do this – it’s not like they have training wheels, or they can try doing half a flip first before deciding if they’re ready for the real thing. It’s all or nothing, and that’s just amazing. Congrats on being Freshly Pressed!

awesome shots! some are a bit blurry … are you using a DSLR? try using manual focus so you can make sure your subjects are in focus, some of these shots would look even more amazing in focus! but either way, awesome f*ing job!!

Everything that can be great about photography is at work in these pictures. The one with the jet in the background is perfect as a photograph and as a description of the most graceful, stretched-out moments in skating.

nice freeze moment, maybe sometimes you should take photo of parkour. Parkour has a very good moment as well as a skateboard for the photos.

Nice shots. Is skateboarding as popular as it was 10 years ago? I know I used to be really into it as a kid, and though I still do keep a skateboard, I can’t call myself a skater and don’t seem to see any kids around the places I used to skate. Seems like it’s not as popular as it used to be…
