Rockefellar Park for Hook Magazine
Over the next few weeks I’ll be exploring with new found interest the area surrounding my home in Sleepy Hollow for a story in the fall/winter edition of The Hook Magazine. I’m fortunate enough to live in Rockefeller Park Preserve — a park developed by the Rockefeller family in the early 20th century that comprises of over 55 miles of horse carriage trails and nearly 2,000 acres of land. The above shot, taken from the Overlook Trail shows a view of Swan Lake, one of the park’s major landmarks (the lake itself is below). Be on the look out for more of my photographs of the park in the featured story of The Hook’s November issue (available for free at various distributors throughout Westchester and Rockland counties).
